We collect only the information that is necessary for running Noah Predict and communicating with you. This includes:

Account information you provide when you sign in, such as your name, email address and — where you use Google sign-in — the basic profile data returned by Google's OAuth service.
Information you provide when you contact us, request a demo or respond to a survey, such as your name, work email, employer, role and the content of your message.
Information required if you take out a subscription or business agreement with us, including billing contact details and, where applicable, VAT information.
Query and usage data generated when you use the Noah Predict engine — for example, the prompts you submit, the verticals you select, the results returned, and timestamps. This information is used to deliver the service, produce your audit trail, and improve model quality.
Technical information collected automatically by your browser or device, such as IP address, device type, operating system and browser version, used to secure the service and improve site performance.

We do not host public profiles, comments or community features, and we do not collect personal data from third-party sources beyond what you disclose to us or what is returned by an authentication provider you choose to use.

How We Use Your Information

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the service, to meet our legal, regulatory and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. Noah Predict is a professional B2B service and is not directed at or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
