Acceptable Use Policy

The rules of the road for using Noah Predict responsibly.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to every person and organisation that accesses Noah Predict, including free-tier, trial, professional and enterprise users. It is read alongside the Terms of Business and the Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of Noah Predict

Noah Predict is a predictive risk intelligence service for professional users in insurance, reinsurance, broking, security, shipping, government and related analytical functions. It is designed to support professional judgment, not replace it.

3. You Must Not Use Noah Predict To:

• Break the law, facilitate the breach of any law, or circumvent sanctions, export controls or anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Build profiles of, surveil, score or make automated consequential decisions about named individuals without appropriate human review, lawful basis and the safeguards required by data-protection law.
• Generate, publish or distribute content intended to defame, harass, intimidate or discriminate against any person or group.
• Target or attempt to infer sensitive personal data (race, religion, health, sexuality, political opinion, trade-union membership) about identifiable individuals.
• Facilitate physical harm, kidnapping, ransom operations, targeting of persons for violence, or any other criminal act — regardless of how the request is framed.
• Scrape, mirror, resell, white-label or redistribute Noah Predict output, models or interfaces without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the weights, prompts, training data or methodology of the underlying models.
• Probe, test or bypass the security of the platform other than through a formally invited and disclosed programme.
• Submit malicious code, prompt-injection payloads intended to compromise Noah Predict or other users, or material that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use output as the sole basis for regulated decisions, including insurance pricing, claims acceptance, credit or employment decisions, without appropriate human review and documentation.

4. Professional and Regulated Users

Where you are a regulated person (for example an insurer, reinsurer, broker, compliance officer or government analyst), you remain subject to your own regulatory, professional and ethical obligations when using Noah Predict. You must not treat the service as a substitute for regulated advice, audit, underwriting authority or compliance screening.

5. Fair Use of Free and Trial Tiers

Free and trial tiers are provided for individual evaluation. Creating multiple accounts to evade quotas, sharing sign-in credentials, or using automation to drive volume beyond the rate limits published in the product is a breach of this policy.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is using Noah Predict in breach of this policy, or you discover a security issue, please contact us at contact@noahpredict.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including suspension, termination and, where required, notification to law-enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Consequences of Breach

Breach of this AUP may result in immediate suspension, termination without refund, reversal of indemnity protections under the Terms of Business, and legal action. Worldwide AI Media Ltd cooperates with legitimate law-enforcement enquiries.

8. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
